There is driveway parking for 1 car, and plenty of on street parking.

The pool area is to the front of the house, and to the side and rear are further tiled areas with a pergola and plants, and a modern storage shed. The pool house is to the side of the property.

The outside is low maintenance, since the property is not occupied year round by ourselves, and a solar powered timed irrigation system looks after the plants while we are not there.

The entry fee is £2 per ticket and requires you to answer a question about the villa. We also allow free written entry by 1st class post, and all entries either paid or free will be treated equally

We hope to sell 200,000 tickets to cover the value of the property and all associated purchase costs, such as stamp duty, land registry tax, purchaser's legal fees (up to £2000), and to complete any last minute jobs to ensure the house is as perfect as possible for the next owner. We are also including your first year's pool and grounds maintenance with our local contractor as per our existing agreement with them.
